Setting up a Cyber Security Training
1 Login to the Knowbe4 Dashboard, ensure you have necessary permissions to set up a training
2. Click on Training and further click on Create Training Campaign
3. It opens a training set up window, fill it in accordingly
- Campaign Name: The Name of the Campaign ( This will be seen in the automated notification to the users)
- Start Date: The Date the Campaign will commence
- End Date: Select the type of end date, Specific Date ( A particular date when the campaign will end) Relative Duration ( The Number of Weeks or Days for the Campaign to run )
- Check or Uncheck the button for allowing training to be completed after due date
- Select the training from the list of trainings in Modstore
- Select the groups to be enlisted in the trainings
- If you want to Add completed users to a specific group or remove users who have completed to a specific group, select the group
- Add different notifications on the notification bar
